I would like to take this time to welcome you to Fresh Start's Blog. Over a period of time there will be pertinent information and idea's that you will find of interest, help, and guidance. My name is Pastor Brian Smith. I am a pastor, life coach, and christian counselor and I am here to help you through life's situations and problems.
I am here to work with you as a coach. I m not a problem solver in the since I give you answers but I work with you to find the answers that WILL work for you. Sometimes we can not see the path we need to go for all the tree's and vegetation in the forrest. With a coach, you have an extra set of eye's to help you see and follow the path. So many times we get lost along the way and that is part of human nature. It is said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.
If you are interested in finding more out the first session is absolutely free. In that session we will find out the basics about yourself, how happy you are in your life, and if you could change 1 thing in your life, just what that would be. If you want to go further and start to make changes that will be great. If you can walk away with a new perspective in life with the 1 session that will be great too.
You can't eat an elephant in one bite and most can't change their life in one bite. It takes a life time to get where we are and for most it takes time to change. Doing it ourselves rarely work. New Years Resolutions rarely work, if they did Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, and other diet business's would fail, yet their membership always increases after January 1 as people want to loose weight and realize they need help.Tuesday, December 30, 2014
